Job Description:

We are looking for a collaborative and creative Controls Process Engineer that thrives in a team environment, creating solutions for challenging customer-driven business needs.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Primary Engineering point of contact for on-site and contract controls manufacturing teams.
  
• Oversee, assess, and improve existing controls processes and workflows.
  
• Optimize operational productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.
  
• Develop controls production test specifications and scripts.
  
• Assemble reports to document process status and changes.
  
• Define and track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor results.
  
• Communicate findings and proposals to upper management.
  
• Assess compliance with applicable quality and security standards.
  
• Influence and strengthen the culture of the team.
  
• Identify, assess, and solve challenges and work independently.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
    
  • Software development lifecycle and methodology experience.
    
  • Controls hardware development and manufacturing experience, a plus.
    
  • Proficiency using scripting languages, a plus.
    
  • Strong ability to work through influence.
    
    
    Compensation:
    
    Base salary for this position is $70,000 - $110,000.
