Hey diesel mechanics! We need you! We're seeking lead diesel mechanics in Saint Paul for a growing company with a fleet of heavy-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate for this lead diesel mechanic job will have previous experience and can manage tight deadlines._*Join our team and receive a generous sign-on bonus! Additional bonuses are also available, subject to qualifications.*_*Location:* Saint Paul, MN*Wage:* $30.09 - $47.14/hr.*Hours:* 2 pm - 12:30 am, Sunday - Wednesday (with slight flexibility)*Benefits of the lead diesel mechanic:** $17,000 Sign-on bonus!* $2,000 additional bonus for Thermo King or carrier certifications and/or OEM-specific training.* $1,000 additional bonus for Class A CDL* Medical* Dental* Vision* PTO, holiday, and sick pay (we will match current vacation with proof).* 401K match up to 6%* Up to $5,000 relocation assistance* Employee stock purchase plan* $750/year tool allowance* $150/year boot allowance* Free uniforms*Duties of the lead diesel mechanic:** In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operation mechanisms.* Run diagnostic tests.* Complete engine and suspension work.* Truck and equipment repair and maintenance.* Perform preventative maintenance repair to avoid future failures and loss of time on jobs.* Maintain inventory.*Requirements of the lead diesel mechanic:** 5+ years of diesel experience* Leadership experience preferred.* Freightliner, Volvo, Mach, and Thermo King experience preferred.*Additional information:*Apply today!
