Wilson Wolf Manufacturing Corporation is a privately held, highly innovative, fast-growing medical device company in New Brighton, MN that invents and makes critical cell culture technology that is enabling the field of T Cell Therapy to provide incredible results for cancer patients.
Due to the high market response to our patented product portfolio, the company is experiencing a very high rate of growth in revenue and product demand. To scale accordingly, the company has implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System of Traction, expanded into a 50,000 sq. ft. facility, and has recently formed a joint venture with Bio-Techne and Fresenius Kabi to create the world's most efficient set of T cell therapy manufacturing tools.
We are seeking a highly accomplished, tried and true Senior Quality Engineer that has the experience and motivation to take on day to day challenges with a gusto and with a mindset that know job is too big or too small. To be considered, you must have a track record of success that proves you:

• Have thrived when given responsibility that ranges from inspecting parts coming in the door, solving customer complaints with CAPAs that address root cause, working with vendors to ensure problems are proactively eliminated, and participating in audits in an ISO environment
• Are a "go to" person that routinely makes those around you better
• Can instinctively solve problems with your eyes closed while elevating those around you and the impact of your solutions cascades in a beneficial manner across functions
• Have acquired a deep understanding of why quality is a cross-functional endeavor that, done right, increases company speed and customer satisfaction and done wrong, wastes time and fails to meet customer needs
• Know that not all device classifications are equal - we invent and produce Class 1 medical devices and do not encounter the regulatory burdens placed on Class 3 devices
• Fully recognize that quality requirements exist to ensure that devices meet customer expectations, not to add excess layers of complexity that fail to enhance the ability of devices to meet customer expectations
• Understand what the phrase "the main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing" means
• Know, from years of endeavors, that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication
• Have critical thinking skills that are finely tuned
• Are willing and able to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in the details while simultaneously never losing sight of the big picture
