Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a School Psychologist position for the 2026-2027 school year in Stillwater, MN. This is a 37.5-hour per week contract role supporting students across elementary and middle school levels. Responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of 25-35 elementary (K-5) students and 20-30 middle school (6-8) students Developing and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Providing counseling and behavioral interventions to support student well-being Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance student outcomes Assisting with crisis intervention and developing student safety plans Qualifications and experience desired: Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license Experience working with elementary and middle school populations Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education regulations Ability to provide counseling and behavioral support within a school setting Effective collaboration and communication skills Work location involves one building, supporting both Willow Lane Elementary and Central Middle School in the White Bear Lake area.
