Job Description:
Job Description Position Overview: /n/n To support basic plant
operations through the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance
and repair of all plant electrical systems and components. /n/n
Duties And Responsibilities: /n/n /n/t - Maintain and trouble shoot
all electrical devices within the plant. /n/t - Assist in new
installation and upgrades of plant equipment. /n/t - Provide
primary service and operation of Pressco Camera and Ink Jet printer
systems. Conduct process checks as required. /n/t - Perform regular
safety inspections to IBO and Washer ovens. /n/t - Work with
outside contractors to maintain the fire alarm system in proper
working order. /n/t - Maintain cleanliness of electrical shop and
job sites, while practicing appropriate safety procedures. /n/t -
Assist and support other production floor operations as required.
/n/t - Properly complete all administrative tasks, including
logbooks, data entry and record keeping. /n/t - Performs other
job-related duties as required or assigned. /n Minimum Requirements
/n/n /n/t - High School Education/GED required /n /n/n /n/t -
Experience and/or technical training, ability to demonstrate basic
electrical skills in the areas of:/n/n/t /n/t/t - Circuit checks
for voltage and taking amp readings. /n/t/t - D.C. devices,
including power supplies, sensors and solenoids. /n/t/t - A.C.
magnetic controls, including related switches, relays and
solenoids. /n/t/t - Single and variable speed motors /n/t/t -
Transformers /n/t/t - Servo motors, stepper motors, and drives /n/t
/n/t /n/t - Knowledge of OSHA Electrical Standard, Lock Out/Tag Out
requirements and other safety procedures related to the job. /n/t -
Demonstrated knowledge of basic electronics for troubleshooting and
calibration of components and the National Electrical Code. /n/t -
Demonstrated ability on how to use multi-meter, am probe, and
soldering station. /n/t - Ability to read and interpret blueprints,
schematics, and manuals. /n/t - Experience with PLCs for
troubleshooting purposes. /n/t - Ability to communicate well with
production crews and work together as a team member. /n /n/n
