In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our store facilities during peak hours, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a knack for hands-on work, we would love to have you on board! Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on various store facilities and equipment. Ensure the cleanliness of the store's interior and exterior, including parking areas, entrances, and restrooms. Address maintenance requests from staff swiftly and efficiently. Assist with minor plumbing, and carpentry tasks as required. Conduct safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and assist with procurement as needed. Adhere to safety standards and health regulations at all times. Requirements Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is beneficial. Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and management. Availability to work the specified hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
