DescriptionTechnical/Procedure Writer - RemoteDescription
- Responsible for driving and leading the development, review and
on-going maintenance of operational procedures, training materials,
process maps, communication, and communication plans, working with
applicable business line areas and owners as well as cross
functionally as necessary.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with corporate policies.
- Provide reporting to the Business Line on Special
projects.
- Drive approval process for all written products.Basic
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four or more years of related technical/procedural writing
experiencePreferred Skills/Experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent
attention to detail
- Drive approval process for all written products
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and
Visio
- Strong process and project management skills including ability
to facilitate and schedule meetings, plan agendas and update
reports.
- The ability to develop training materials and process maps or
flowcharts using Microsoft Visio.
- Knowledge of financial services, banking, and the collections
industry is a strong plus.
- A strong team player with the ability to work well
independently and as part of a team, with limited direct
supervision.
- Ability to manage full workload in a fast-paced environment

.The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location,
which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ
based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank
offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and

Range: $62,815.00 - $73,900.00 - $81,290.00Due to legal
