Our media team gives CPG manufacturers a view of where consumers go online; what they watch on TV to determine how these activities translate into measurable and actual consumer behavior--what consumers buy and why. Do you have previous experience managing multiple data sets? Are you excited to get in the weeds with the data and build statistical models from scratch? POSITION SUMMARY The Account Manager position is responsible for driving Ansa adoption (and adoption for other related IRI products), creating value for our media partners, advertising agencies and CPG shopper marketers. Specifically, you will help these clients to best utilize our Ansa platform to close the loop by planning, targeting, optimizing and measuring their media campaigns with the freshest, most granular data available. The Account Manager role must be comfortable in a range of situations including managing agency relationships, supporting partner sales and account teams, and educating and influencing key CPG shopper marketing decision makers. This role is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota and reports to the Director of Business Development for Ansa. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management

  • Drive adoption and usage of Ansa in the Minneapolis, MN market, by evangelize use of "Ansa Inside" every campaign across the local shopper marketing (ad tech, agency, CPG) community
  • Introduce to the Ansa service and provide ongoing support to local Agency and CPG teams to maximize Ansa utilization, repeat and revenue within the market
  • Establish yourself as a trusted resource and presence amongst local ad platform selling teams, and agency shopper marketing teams
  • Manage 3-4, additional Ansa ad partners to maximize their utilization across all retailers (Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Albertsons / Safeway, and Ahold Delhaize)
  • Provide continuous updates and recaps to Ansa Solutions about upcoming campaign objectives and KPIs
  • Keep the Ansa team updated with regular account and industry updates Ansa Media Partner Support and Adoption
    • Increase attachment to shopper marketing campaigns with existing Ansa media partners by training and educating Ansa media partner sales, account and analytics teams on best practices for crafting pre-campaign RFP's
    • Provide daily support to all Ansa media partner pre-campaign strategies and questions
      • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant media, agency or CPG experience
      • Experience working with CPG and agency Shopper Marketers
      • Understanding of media planning, targeting and performance measurement
      • Understanding of the media RFP / proposal process
      • Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal teams, resulting in mutual success for all parties
      • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to present technical products
      • Excellent communication skills; written, oral and presentation
      • Highly Organized Self-Starter, with a proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and drive revenue from multiple sources
