Summary: More than 7 million small business advertisers use
Facebook every month to connect with customers. And over 200
million businesses use our free tools to connect with customers. We
succeed when we help them grow their business. At Facebook, you can
play a key part leading this movement on our Global Customer
Marketing Small Business Marketing team. We are looking for a sales
communications marketing professional for our small business
audience.In this role, you will be responsible to enable Sales to
generate revenue by creating engaging communications sequences and
messaging. You will report to the Small Business Marketing Sales
Enablement Lead and partner with Communications, Legal, Sales, and
Product Marketing to help develop and deliver a consistent set of
messages to drive a programmatic approach to sales execution. This
includes driving key communications across the companys diverse
areas of initiatives. You will design sales communication campaigns
that explain Meta's efforts across Sales programs/channels, in
privacy, online safety, economic opportunity, advertising, and
inclusion. In this role, you will partner closely with our
Frontline Communications Strategy Lead, stakeholders, and
cross-functional teams to support initiatives that drive impact. To
succeed in this role, you are willing to try new things and can
manage numerous projects with tight deadlines. Things happen
quickly at Meta, and to do great work, you need to be an
enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally. You
should also have the ability to work across multiple marketing
disciplines and possess an understanding of small business.Required

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Product, and Communication teams to
develop compelling communications materials.
- Devise sales communication strategies and guidance related to
our initiatives.
- Develop clear, concise, and differentiated internal
communications to improve Sales understanding of Company programs,
responses, initiatives.
- Manage a consistent, professional cadence of internal
communications and a 360-degree feedback collection process.
- Coordinate with partners to roll out new or changed messaging
to the sales teams. Serve as the first point of contact for
questions and support.
- Proactively engage with sales managers and sales
representatives to gather qualitative feedback on messaging and use
feedback to further optimize messaging, and share best
practices.
- Identify and define solutions to enhance sales communication
strategy and flag problems with team members.
- Plan and execute prioritized work by selecting an appropriate
method to most effectively achieve project objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry and market trends. Become an expert in
Meta's media products, partners, narrative and audiences.
- Work closely with leaders and global cross-functional teams, to
activate proactive and reactive messages across Sales channels and
to mitigate risk.Minimum Qualifications: Minimum
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing and communications experience
- A successful track record in creating sales communications that
produces measurable results
- Experience with online advertising industry and/or small and
medium businessesPreferred Qualifications: Preferred
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Experience creating sales communication strategies for both
global and regionally-specific audiences
- Experience thinking strategically through complex concepts and
translating into easy-to-understand ideas
- Analytical and problem-solving experience. Comfortable adapting
materials based on data and insights
- Experience effectively collaborating with multiple
cross-functional partners and prioritize work against goals and
deadlines
- Strong project management and communication skills. Experience
handling the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a
start-up environment
- Experience using Meta Business products (Facebook Pages,
Instagram Business Account, Ads Manager, Commerce Manager,
etc.)
- Experience working calmly independently and within teams, and
maintain solid judgment in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of sales processes including inbound lead
response and outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with or first-hand experience with small business
