Communications or equivalent We are looking for a Marketing
Coordinator for a very important client.
Duties: This position will be responsible for managing digital
content for all external-facing digital channels including the web,
email marketing and digital paid media. This individual will
project manage and advise on digital for business units, ensuring
all digital channels are up-to-date and presenting consistently
updated information and functioning as planned. Defines and refines
the process for updating content and manages workflow, bringing
best practices and efficiency to the process. Additional
opportunities for digital research, strategy and planning projects
as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Working under general supervision, supports the Manager,
Localization with the localization and translation of manuals and
labels to satisfy regulatory or marketing requirements and support
quality speed to market.
--- Monitors schedules for all translation projects and ensures
that deadlines are met by contacting/meeting with vendors/division
personnel for assigned projects. Obtains answers to questions of
timing, meaning, form, format, project schedules, revision
tracking, and updates to translations.
--- Generates reports on project status.
--- Coordinates with team members to supply translation vendors
with final English copy.
--- Ensures that translated material conforms to formatting
standards by proof reading final copy and confirming that content
is an accurate translation.
--- Ensures that translations are done in accordance with company
policies and procedures by following the SOP for translated
material, guidelines issued by each site's Document Control
Department, and observing EU regulations for translated
--- Prepares files for translation. This may include, among other
things, comparing versions, fixing graphic file problems, ensuring
that all project components are available, obtaining part numbers
and/or article numbers, and ensuring that corrections and updates
--- Prepares files for publication. This may include, among other
things, page proofing and creating/routing Change Orders (COs).
--- Remains current on developments in and knowledge of the
company's products, markets, policies, and objectives, including
regulatory requirements and restrictions.
--- Supports all Company initiatives as identified by management
and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental
Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
--- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies,
operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains
positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all
levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Works at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned office or
workstation with a low to moderate noise level.
Requirement: The ideal candidate will possess the following
Candidates that have a degree from the following university: Kent
state and Monterrey Institute of International Studies
Direct translation project management experience
Years Experience: 2 - 5+ years of experience in web writing; 5+
years of experience working in a customer/account services,
including strategic planning; 5+ of experience in interactive,
health care and/or high tech marketing.Skills:Strong working
knowledge of HTML, SEO principles, and web page layout.; Knowledge
of web analytics tools;Education: Bachelor s degree in Business,
Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Bachelors Degree (-- 16 years)Liberal Arts with an emphasis on
languages or a related fieldOr an equivalent combination of
education and work experience
Minimum 1 year
Language translation experience.
Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in at
least one European or Asian language.
Requires demonstrated written and verbal communication (i.e.,
English grammar and style), interpersonal, facilitation,
presentation, quantitative, analytical, organizational, and
follow-up skills, the ability to meet deadlines as well as the
ability to converse effectively with all levels of employees. Must
possess comprehensive written and verbal communication,
interpersonal, presentation, analytical, project management skills
and the ability to prioritize and handle a large volume of projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Must be highly organized and attentive to detail. Experience
