Job Description Salary: \n\n Base wage starts at $23.00 to
$28.75 \n\n Hours: \n\n \n\t Wissota currently operates under three
different shifts; however, this position is for the 3rd Shift. 3rd
shift schedule is Sunday Night 7:00pm -7:00am, Monday Night thru
Wednesday 11:00pm - 7:00am. Work 36 hrs, get paid for 40 hrs \n

\n \n\n Job Responsibilities: \n\n \n\t Set Up and operate ID
Grinding Machine. \n\t Operate ring inspections, deburr all parts
and perform troubleshooting. \n\t Complete in-process inspections
of parts by identifying malfunctions or out-of-tolerance grinding;
adjusts controls of machine to correct errors. \n\t Inspect and
measure completed production units to identify defects caused by
machine setup. \n\t Perform equipment maintenance as needed. \n\t
Maintain a safe and orderly production area with the ability to
meet production standards. \n\t Understand decimals and basic
Mathematics. \n\t Perform other job-related duties as required or
assigned. \n Requirements: \n\n \n\t High School diploma required.
\n\t Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn
production equipment. \n\t Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. \n\t Mechanically inclined \n\t Ability to understand
decimals in sizing \n\t Consistently reliable attendance \n\t
Willingness to work 3rd Shift Sunday 7pm to 7am, Monday - Wednesday
11pm to 7am \n \n\n \n\n Highly Preferred: \n\n \n\t Physical
ability to operate and repair machines. \n\t Prolonged periods (up
to 4 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and stretching in
between breaks. \n\t Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at times.
\n\t Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task. \n\t
Machining skills acquired through work experience and training from
Wissota Tool team. \n\t Improvement mindset \n\t Problem
solving/critical thinking abilities. \n\t Good oral and written
