A supportive team that takes pride in doing things right OEM Certifications GM, Stellantis, Ford, and Nissan Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commissions Expected earnings range: $75,000–$100,000 What You’ll Do Create accurate, comprehensive repair estimates by examining and analyzing vehicle damage Clearly educate customers on the repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and expectations Follow the ABRA playbook to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency Collaborate with insurance adjusters, dealerships, fleet partners, and internal production teams Provide timely repair status updates—because communication and trust matter Ensure every repair meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship Who You Are An experienced Collision Estimator with strong attention to detail A confident communicator who builds trust with customers and partners A team player who takes pride in excellence and accountability Requirements: Abra Estimator Required Skills/Abilities: 1-3 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser Prior damage analysis experience related to hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft and/or vandalism damage Proficiency using Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook) I-CAR training or other industry training preferred Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
