Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH),
where your passion for public health can make a tangible impact on
the well-being of all Minnesotans. The Facilities Management (FM)
Division is seeking to hire a Facilities Services Coordinator. This
position will develop standards for service delivery, monitor
outcomes, and manage customer expectations related to Facilities
Management Services. This position will manage projects that affect
the Minnesota Department of Health with the goal of maintaining the
highest level of satisfaction possible and will review customer
feedback to ensure constant and never-ending improvement in a
transparent and accountable way.
Key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited
to:
This is a hybrid telework position that requires in-office work in
the downtown St. Paul location. Telework will be based on the
business needs of the unit and is at supervisory discretion. This
position is expected to be onsite at least three days per week
(full-time / five days per week during project coordination).

Physical Requirements
Must be able to move up to 50 pounds and be able to position self
for field measurements and survey of existing systems furniture and
infrastructure.
