Job Summary
Join a mission-driven team in the Executive Office of the Minnesota
Department of Health, where your expertise will contribute to
protecting, maintaining, and improving the health of all
Minnesotans.
This position provides high level administrative support to the
Minnesota Department of Health's (MDH) Chief of Staff and Assistant
Commissioners in the Executive Office.
Working as an Executive Assistant, you will:
This is a hybrid telework position that requires in-office work in
the downtown St. Paul location. Telework will be based on the
business needs of the unit and is at supervisory discretion.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume
clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates
the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.
Three (3) years of executive assistant or office manager experience
supporting multiple sector managers.
This experience must include:
A Business Administration or related degree will substitute for
experience as follows: Doctorate degree may substitute for two
years of experience; master's degree may substitute for 18 months
of experience; bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of
experience; associate degree may substitute for six months of
experience.

Additional Requirements
This position requires successful completion of a background check
