Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Trust Tax Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare various tax returns and informational filings to ensure
compliance with tax laws and filing requirements
Review asset cost basis information and determine proper cost basis
for capital gain and loss purposes
Work with internal teams to improve operational processes related
to tax processing
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles
Understanding of income, use, and sales tax concepts and
procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with
employees, clients, and the public
