Position OverviewAs a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. The Associate Finance Operations Trade Accounting Analyst executes operational transactions, reconciles assigned accounts, and supports clients on multiple operational systems.Duties include:Executes transactions and other operational activity for AgriBank, the member associations, and association retail clientsPerforms daily reconciliation process between internal operating system and external sourcesReviews transactions to determine payment timing, and appropriate recording to the general ledgerResearches and clears reconciling itemsGenerates AgriBank's daily cash position, and monitors daily liquidityDetermines the amount of investable cash, and communicates the results to the internal investments teamConfirming and/or settling debt and investment tradesEnsuring trades and security movements are properly reflected in all internal operating systemsInitiating wire transfer requestsReviewing deposits for accuracyProcessing State Bond Programs transactionsReconciling general ledger investment, debt, and derivative accountsOther duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field0 - 1 years' related experienceOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the jobKnowledgeBasic knowledge of accounting, cash management systems, trade, securities, and investment operationsBasic knowledge of data systems for cash management, investment, debt, derivative accounting, loan accounting, and general ledger (preferably FIS Quantum and FIS InTrader)SkillsBasic proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office SuiteBasic proficiency in data query toolsResponsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of AgriBank's systems and data.AgriBank will not sponsor a work visa (e.g., H1B, etc.) to fill this position.Applicants requiring a reasonable accommodation for any part of the application process may contact us through the following methods: Phone: or Mail: AgriBank, Attn: Talent Recruiting, 30 E 7th Street, Suite 1600, St. Paul, MN 55101.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.AgriBank FCB is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/W/D/V) dedicated to diversity in the workplace and offers a great work environment.
