      Have you elevated your education by completing a 4 year degree or hold a 2 year degree with a couple of years of corporate work experience? Do you have a passion for enhancing the client's experience, efficiently processing tasks, researching, problem solving and desire to be part of a Minnesota based company that prides themselves on low attrition due to the exceptional culture? Are you looking to put your business operations knowledge to work? Training will be on site for the first 4 days. After training, you will work in the office on Wednesdays and from the comfort of your home the other 4 days. Through 2023, parking is FREE within their building's parking garage. The intent is to hire on permanently the candidate that showcases the quality of work, leads with professionalism, and proves their commitment to the organization with solid attendance. This Business Financial Operations Coordinator is a great starting part for a long term career with an exceptional Company!
      salary: $20 - $22 per hour

      work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

      Responsibilities


      • Instrumental in processing all Annuity Applications (Incoming rollovers, 1035 exchanges, Direct Transfers, etc)


      • Verify status of pending funds coming from other financial institutions via phone or email


      • Review annuity applications for completion and accuracy


      • Data input of missing information into multiple different databases


      • Quality assurance review on processed work


      • Research and seek out missing information


      • Execute initial contract set-up; including contacting financial advisors regarding clarification of information or requesting additional information pertaining to annuity applications


      • Answer inbound phone calls regarding basic status calls from financial advisors and internal sales team


      • Maintain and manage all pending/follow-up cases on incoming business and communicate status to financial advisors


      • You must be comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls 2-3 hours a day to support the duties above (this is NOT a call center role)
