I look forward to hearing back from you. --- Manage the billing via an internet portal for a designated portfolio of customers--- Learn and support the billing processes for multiple ERP systems; SAP, AS400--- Learn and support the digital billing across all of Ecolab's divisions--- Perform outreach to internal contacts when billing issues arise for internet or EDI invoices, document the issue, and follow through to resolution--- Maintain metrics related to daily activities--- Manage the setup and maintenance of customers who receive consolidated billing--- Create documented procedures for new accounts receiving digital invoicing--- Provide backup support to peer accounts for planned and unplanned coverage--- Work in excel to create spreadsheets as needed to track invoice information--- May handle incoming phone calls for Pest division only (limited)--- Manage workload via multiple Outlook email boxes--- Support testing and projects as neededSkills & Qualifications:--- 1 year of experience in credit, ap/ar, billing, finance/accounting, OR a bachelors/ associates degree in finance or accounting About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
