Business Development Support Manager - Executive Education BD Pro1

OVERVIEW:
The BD Support Manager is responsible for administrative duties,
operational/administrative support to the Business Development team
within Carlson Executive Education and report to the Associate
Director of Business Development. This role will support the
Business Development team in administrative duties such proposal
development, sales information management, scheduling appointments
with prospective clients and new leads based on lead outreach. Will
work closely with marketing, Business Development, and finance to
create and/or update effective, strategic, and competitive sales
proposals. In addition, will work with sales customers during the
sales process to maximize benefits that may include handling
customer concerns and issues. Schedule department meetings, take
notes and hold others accountable for action items established in
those meetings. Additional responsibilities will include collecting
and analyzing data to assist in forecasting revenue, trends, and
other sales-related statistics. Will create sales and revenue
forecasts and product reports that provide insight and guidance to
management for sales strategy development and efficiency. The
salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000.
