Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm This is a temp to hire role. Position Summary This position is responsible for supporting the monthly and annual forecast process, preparing detailed manufacturing/ purchasing variance analyses, providing financial and administrative support for continuous improvement efforts across the business unit and for preforming month end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities --- Support the monthly and annual forecast plan process; --- Support the continuous improvement initiatives for cost centers; scenario planning, product costing, benchmarking.; the objective of which is to determine strategies which maximize on EBITDA Margin and cash management opportunities; --- Prepare detailed manufacturing/purchasing variance analyses with guidance to drive tactical decision making; --- Analyze and investigate benchmark opportunities --- Actively drive customer invoicing and develop expertise with multiple customer interfaces --- Provide administrative and financial support to productivity and cash improvement initiatives in the continuous improvement project tracking system; --- Perform closing activities and analyze exceptions revealed during the pre-close and closing processes; --- Complete compliance testing for variance-related objectives; --- Drive automation, standardization and streamlining of the financial management processes; --- Support and participate in monthly closing activities, account reconciliations, inventory accounting transactions, inter-company accounting and fixed assets accounting --- Support and participate in physical inventories, self-assessed audits and compliance testing and annual audits --- Furnish ad-hoc financial support as part of a cross functional team --- Other duties as assigned.

Required Requirements --- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution --- Three years' experience within a Finance or Accounting role --- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a strong emphasis in Excel --- Experience with Enterprise Business Systems such as IFS, HFM and Oracle --- Experience with standard costing systems, forecasting and budgets --- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
