JOB SUMMARY The Product Manager for Marketing Services and Acquisition products and services will manage the assigned product(s) and support the Sr. Product Manager and VP Product Marketing from strategic planning to tactical activities on their respective product(s). KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Management - Manage the marketing services acquisition products and services and provide direction for company initiatives. This position will work closely with Sr Product Managers and Solution Advisors, as well as cross functional areas to optimize operational processes, reduce internal costs and improve the client experience. Seek product feedback from frontline sales and client management organization to identify opportunities to improve and optimize products and services. 35%
  • Product Development - Participating in the product development process. Works with and may lead cross functional team (including, but not limited to, Client Management, Marketing Operations, analytics, creative, sales, accounting, finance, and production) on product development initiatives and enhancements that help address market needs. 25%
  • Product Marketing - Work with the go-to-market team to define the go-to-market strategy helping them understand the product, positioning, key benefits, and target customer. Provide product information to marketing and training for the development of sales materials for both internal sales and clients. Play a key role in developing marketing plans that drive demand for your products. 15%
  • Product Performance - Manage and track product performance in terms of how well the product performs for clients. Manage and track product revenue and profitability. Based on this monitoring recommend product changes to improve performance. This includes setting and monitoring sales and/or profit goals to achieve business plan objectives. 25% EDUCATION
    • College degree or equivalent work experience required. EXPERIENCE
      • 3+ years of B2B marketing/product management experience. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
        • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
        • Effective organizational and time management skills.
        • Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills. COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS Team player with ability to lead cross functional teams; comfortable developing and conducting presentations. DECISION MAKING Responsible for development action and review steps of product management and marketing processes with product leaders. Decisions and deliverables have impact on revenue and client retention. OTHER Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
